You Will Make It Through The Tough Times

Each of our lives have moments of life, death, happiness, sorrow, wins and losses.

We need to go through each phase of life, but not get bogged down.

We need to have unshakeable joy. Joy isn't fake happiness. Joy is knowing that despite horrible circumstances, you know you will make it through and you will eventually be ok.

When tough times come, don't let them derail your life.

Feel the emotions, work through it, and find hope in the circumstances.

Even in the darkness, you can find hope shining down on you, just remember to look up and see it.

You will make it through.

30 Days of Thanks Prompts

If you need some prompts for your 30 Days of Thanks, here are a few lists to get your gratitude flowing.

30 Days of Thanks

For the month of November, I am going to do 30 days of thanks.

Please join me.

You can write it, draw it, take photos of it, combine them.

The biggest point is, take 30 days and be aware of what you are grateful for each day.

One Step At A Time

Keep taking steps forward, even if they are tiny steps. Each step, stumble, or trudge through the muck is a victory. Keep going.

What Do You Need This Week?

What is one thing you need to focus on this week?  Just one thing.  Do you need to figure out how to set some boundaries so you aren't running all the time?  Do you need to take some time to rest?  Do you need to eat better so you feel better?  Do you need some time with friends?  Do you need to spend intentional time with family?  Do you need to connect at a deeper level with God?  Whatever it is that you need this week, it is within your reach.  Take time to seek that one thing out, make time to pursue it, and before the week is over, know how you will achieve the one thing you need focus on, and then follow through and do it.

Unplug

Unplug this weekend.

Spend time with family, enjoy the Fall colors, read a book, talk to someone face to face.

Take a break from continual connection.
